How to Submit Your Custom Embroidery Request:

  1. Fill Out the Intake Form Below
    • Provide your name, email, and preferred contact method.
    • Tell us about your project: What would you like embroidered?
    • Upload your design or logo file (JPEG, PNG, PDF, or AI preferred).
    • Include any placement details (e.g., left chest, hat front, sleeve) and item type (shirt, jacket, tote, etc.).
  2. Choose Your Options
    • Select your thread color(s) (or write “designer’s choice” if unsure).
    • Let us know the size of the embroidery area.
    • Mention the quantity of items to be embroidered.
  3. Let Us Know if You're Supplying the Item(s)
    • If yes: drop-off/pick-up or shipping details will be arranged after confirmation via email
    • If no: tell us what item(s) you'd like us to provide (we can help source them!).
  4. Special Instructions
    • Add any notes, deadline requests, or custom needs we should know about.
  5. Submit the Form
    • Once submitted, we’ll review your request and follow up within 2 business days with a quote or invoice. I will also ask any follow up questions I might have. Once the payment is completed I will start on the project.
